History Teacher Tells Students they Can Be Sued for “Racism” by Retweeting PewDiePie

A history teacher has been captured via footage from a student going by the name Rissian9 where he may have violated the law in telling the classroom they could face legal ramifications for so much as “retweeting” or supporting Swedish YouTube star Felix Kjellberg, known to his fans as PewDiePie.

PewDiePie, the world's most notorious YouTuber with nearly 78 million subscribers at the time of this story's writing, was quick to take to Twitter and respond to the video tweeted by the unknown student.

The monolithic power and presence of PewDiePie and his diehard supporters turned the child's video into a global phenomenon, sparking outrage.

That forced the video into a viral state, spawning outrage among the countless hundreds of thousands who saw the footage.

The comments made by the teacher are not only incorrect but further desecrate the values of the classroom for educational purposes.

Liberals, oftentimes Marxists, are becoming teachers fresh out of Marxian socialist dominated and influenced college campuses. They then use the classroom as a platform for the indoctrination of America's youth.

Disagreeing with their perspective paints you as a “racist,” “anti-semite,” or “White supremacist,” in today's grossly overstated environment of political correctness.

The factual remnants of the law say that the First Amendment does, in fact, protect so-called “hate speech” or another controversial language, as long as the person speaking isn't threatening the listener or another person.

In no way do any of PewDiePie’s videos violate the First Amendment, nor is he promoting any form of “racism.”

Even if he were, he'd be within his legal rights to do so in the United States of America, if he were a US citizen.

Since the student hasn't violated any laws in sharing the content of the teacher, he's also within his rights. Still, the young student has asked that none of the many viral viewers attempt to cost the teacher his job, in a humble show of grace.

The mainstream media, which is heavily dominated by a “globalist” community of influencers, has attempted to paint PewDiePie as “anti-semitic” and “racist.”

This slanderous and oftentimes libelous claim is a lie. As if to suggest that he's somehow encouraging “White supremacy.”

Social media users across the internet laugh at these claims, and quickly propose that the First Amendment outweighs the feelings of the left wing.

Teacher yells at students for liking PewDiePie. Says liking or retweeting him is racist, anti Semitic and supports genocide. Also tells kids they could be arrested or sued for it. from r/PublicFreakout

The show is a mixture of edgy comedy and gaming footage, where PewDiePie, often referred to as ”Pewds” among his legion of millions of young fans, plays games and makes jokes. It's a pure combination of satire and humor that would rival the Monty Python, Jerky Boys, or Dave Chappelle-style comedy of their respective eras.

The disastrous assault on PewDiePie by the J-Media and their allegiance to supposed “Civil Rights” organizations such as the Anti-Defamation League, Southern Poverty Law Center, or other symbolic entities designed to attack Whites have only made the YouTuber more popular.

A similar response happens to most that the media targets, which only give credence to their rise in popularity. Many such cases.

The hypocrisy of these people and their powerful influence over society, and clearly even public school systems, is the true threat to our existence which is ignored by the mainstream press.

Reactionary responses to social issues such as that which PewDiePie resonates with are what drives the public further from the narrative the media wants them to believe.

Yes, the comedy that the fanbase finds entertaining is often edgy, but we've reached peak Marxism if anyone thinks those type of thoughts should be illegal.

Ironic comedy isn't hurting anyone.

Do you understand what's happening to the freedom of speech we hold dear? Look no further than the attacks on the most influential of voices and the suppression and censorship of those who preach “wrong thing” for the answer.

Never heard of him....
But I have a 90+/- % NON online Life. Unlike too many in todays electronic age, I deal with REAL People face to face and use my cell phone to make phone calls,

With that said, Jokes are Jokes and it depends on the audience whether it is accepted or not. Which is the problem with telling any joke to 1+ million people at the same time. Because a Jester will always have a significant overly vocal part of that 1+ Million that is ticked off or takes it personally. eg. Dumb blonde jokes, jokes about wives and etc. Tell a joke about animals and PETA has a fit.

So the audience is the deciding factor in all cases .... pick it well before engaging mouth.

The article is factually incorrect in that it states, rather casually, that "Even if he were [promoting racism], he'd be within his legal rights to do so in the United States of America, if he were a US citizen." That is untrue. The protections of the US Constitution extend to all persons standing on US soil. The Constitution does not differentiate between "US citizen" and any other legal status, or no legal status at all. If you are on US soil, the US Constitution protects you, too. I really object to these casual mis-statements of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights, this represents an intellectual laziness and legal distortion that is both inappropriate and dangerous.

The is the famous case of a transit visitor that was "detained" in between airplanes at New York JFK airport. the passenger came from abroad and was headed for Canada. US Immigration "detained" him. ON a hearing brought on a writ of habeas corpus, US ICE attempted to argue before a Federal Judge that, since the passenger had not passed through customs inspection, he was not legally inside the USA, and thus the protections of the COnstitution did not apply to him. The Judge asked: "Whose flag flies over that airport?" The US attorney replied: "Why, the US flag, Your Honor" And the Judge asked: "And whose policemen guard that airport?" "Why, American policemen, Your Honor." Judge: "You have the American Flag and American armed guards, then that is American soil, and the detainee is entitled to the protections of the United States Constitution same as everybody else. " And the traveler was released that instant.

Try to focus on that. The Constitution protects everyone, not some "citizen" sub-group.
