Next Chapter of OIG Report: Hillary Clinton

The Office of the Inspector General via Michael Horowitz has a highly anticipated series of reports stemming from his investigation into the cover-up of crimes committed by Hillary Rodham Clinton, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Justice, the Obama Administration, and numerous other entities which is soon to drop and rattle the foundation of Washington, DC.

There are common misconceptions from people who are <i>genuinely frustrated</i> with the delays from the Department of Justice and Attorney General Jeff Sessions in bringing about charges for obvious criminals such as former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former FBI Director James Comey, and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton; in assuming that there is inaction occurring within the DOJ.

No, that's incorrect. Yes, it's taking a long time. In most people's eyes, it's <i>too long</i>, but I assure you, the end result will be worth the wait. Those critiquing Sessions now have no idea what's in store in the near future.

You need to look no further than the vocal proponents of what Jeff Sessions, the DOJ, and the OIG are doing to understand the legitimacy of his plan.

First, consider that Representative Devin Nunes (R-CA) is the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee and that he's NEVER offered criticisms directed at the Attorney General.

During the AG’s entire reign at the DOJ, he's been able to avoid allowing a single leak to the media, which is an astounding accomplishment all to itself.

In April, The Goldwater covered Devin Nunes announcing that “no official intelligence was used” in the Robert Mueller led-witch hunt against President Trump.

What this meant is that the entire “investigation” was based upon fabricated pretenses in part by the Clinton Campaign’s financing of the fraudulent Fusion GPS dossier penned by former British MI6 agent Christopher Steele.

During that same interview, however, Nunes pointed out that not only did the federal law enforcement agencies and the intelligence services of the FBI and DOJ spy illegally on then-Candidate Donald J. Trump and his campaign, but that they [House Intelligence Committee and DOJ] are still putting together the pieces of the puzzle to solve the mystery.

With each passing day, they're learning more.

In discovering that the FBI directly interfered in a Presidential election to assist Hillary Clinton by spying on Donald Trump, the DOJ, per the OIG investigation, has also discovered the widespread conspiracy to cover-up the investigation into Hillary Clinton's misuse of an email server.

To some, that wasn't a big deal, but the fact of the matter is when Hillary Clinton mishandled classified information she not only violated federal law but used the office of the Secretary of State to benefit her and her husband's financial wealth through the Clinton Foundation and it's board members.

Much of this circles back to the Uranium One scandal, where Hillary Clinton used her position in the Obama administration as Secretary of State to help Frank Giustra, a Clinton Foundation board member, and the man behind the entire Uranium One company, to sell off his stake in the company to the Russians via a government-backed company, TENEX.

This is where much of the mishandling of emails becomes messy. Hillary wasn't a fool who simply shared classified information on a private server because she's not tech-savvy, as she's proclaimed. Hillary Clinton used a personal email server because her office as Secretary Of State was being misused to help further the business interests of the Clinton Foundation.

It was all intentional from day one, and the hack job known as James Comey, who allowed his l Clinton-puppet former FBI Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division, Peter Strzok, to help cover-up the case and not recommend charges against Hillary Clinton.

You see, while the initial crimes are indeed illegal, it's the cover-up that of FBI and DOJ were engaged in that becomes even more serious.

Most people probably have no idea that one FBI Agent was recently prosecuted and even plead guilty to leaking classified National Defense Information.

Special Agent Terry Albury admitted to violating his oath to protect our country by disclosing to a reporter classified information that, as an FBI agent, he was entrusted to protect, On April 17th of 2018. Yes, this just happened a few weeks prior to the writing of this article.

“Mr. Albury was entrusted by the FBI with a security clearance, which included a responsibility to protect classified national defense information. Instead, he knowingly disclosed that material to someone not authorized to receive it,” said Assistant Director Priestap. “The FBI will work tirelessly to bring to justice those who would expose America’s secrets. Today, as the result of the hard work of dedicated special agents, analysts, and prosecutors, Mr. Albury has taken responsibility for his illegal action.”

“In violating his oath of office Terry Albury not only betrayed the American people but also his fellow FBI employees who work to safeguard sensitive information on a daily basis," said Special Agent in Charge Laycock. “No one is above the law and the FBI will continue to investigate individuals who disclose classified material to those who are not authorized to receive it.”

Which mainstream media outlet covered this again? Name one? None of the mainstream media reported this.

Do you have to ask yourself why is this ignored? What interests do those networks have in the Clintons and protecting them as to not report this major arrest?

According to court documents, beginning in 2016 and continuing through August 2017, Albury knowingly and willfully disclosed national defense information, classified at the Secret level, to a reporter. Albury employed methods to avoid detection, including printing documents that he created by cutting and pasting portions of an original document into a new document so as to avoid leaving a record of having printed the original, classified document. Albury also accessed documents on a classified computer and took pictures of the computer screen in order to photograph certain classified documents. Those additional classified documents were recovered on an electronic storage device found during a search of his home.

As set forth in the plea agreement, Albury was never authorized to retain the documents at issue at his residence or to transmit them to any person not entitled to receive them. Albury knew that he was not authorized to remove documents containing National Defense Information and classified information from secure locations, and further knew that he was not authorized to retain them at his residence or to transmit them to any person not authorized to receive them.

Albury pleaded guilty to one count of making an unauthorized disclosure of national defense information and one count of unlawful retention of national defense information. Albury faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison per count.

While we're unsure of the details of this arrest, as in what exact files were given to the media, and how they were used to spread disinformation that benefited the Democratic Party, we know that James Comey was undoubtedly aware of what Special Agent Albury was doing while working for him.

Again, the media blitzes to report on Comey's book tour, but completely fails to tell the American people what sort of illicit activities the FBI was engaged in under Comey.

James Comey helped “set the deck” in favor of Hillary Clinton during the investigation into her crimes because it would have brought down so many additional high-powered billionaires, government agencies, and members of the Democratic Party who assisted in selling away America's National Security during Uranium One.

One of those people is Robert Mueller himself.

So when you're asked why is Robert Mueller so determined to stop President Trump, you only need to know that the answer lay with him trying to <i>save his own skin</i>.

Some members of Congress have taken notice of this, and clearly researched Mueller's history with Uranium One and the fact that he hand-delivered HUE (highly enriched Uranium) to Russia.

Representative Louie Gohmert (R-TX) has fired numerous punches at Mueller, saying that he's not only serving a conflict of interest in being appointed to investigate anything related to “Russian meddling” or “Russian collusion” cases, but that Robert Mueller should be fired and then be investigated himself for his role in the Uranium One scandal.

Not only is Representative Gohmert correct, but he's hit the nail on the head as to why Mueller is so determined to score a blow against the Trump Administration, hoping it will end the ongoing investigation into the Uranium One scandal which will expose many of the bad actors involved.

If you're on the fence about Uranium One, or unaware of the scandal and how it could bring down members of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) then the below story is the most descriptive explanation of Uranium One on the internet.

The 14 agencies which make up CFIUS are:

The Department of the Treasury (who's the chair), the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Defense, the Department of State, the Department of Energy, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, and Office of Science & Technology Policy.

There are also five other government agencies which are included in the CFIUS as “observers”:

The Office of Management & Budget, the Council of Economic Advisor, the National Security Council, the National Economic Council, and the Homeland Security Council.

Technically, the Director of National Intelligence and the Secretary of Labor are non-voting members as well.

Now as you know, two of these organizations, the Department of State and the Department of Justice were led by known-corrupt individuals, Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State, and Attorney General Eric Holder who led the Justice Department.

So Hillary absolutely used her role as Secretary of State, abusing the powers of the State Department, to forward a deal for Clinton Foundation board member Frank Giustra into being approved by Obama and these government agencies.

Interestingly enough, Bill Clinton also made tens of millions from the Clinton Foundation after Frank Giustra had initially purchased Uranium One, which added $3.5 billion into his own wallet. So, there's no doubt that as a result of the deals being approved by Clinton at the State Department that her family profited.

Sounds an awful lot like what the Democrats have accused President Trump of doing without evidence, right?

This existentially means that the voting members of each of these departments and agencies of the federal government are complicit in selling away America's National Security to the Russians, the same country that Democrats today continue to accuse Trump supporters and President Trump of being too, imagine that.

Accusing the other side of that which you are guilty of is a Nazi tactic, and it's one that the Democratic Party has unsurprisingly mastered.

For nearly sixteen months now the Office of the Inspector General, via IG Michael Horowitz, has conducted what's possibly the most in-depth investigation into government corruption in American history.

With Sessions having to recuse himself from the investigation into President Trump, and the media focused on the dead-end Mueller probe, Sessions and Horowitz have been able to uncover truths that were never meant to be found.

The Democrats honestly believed that Hillary Clinton would win the election and that the protections granted to Hillary Clinton, the illicit spying and propaganda aimed at Donald Trump and his closest allies, as well as the cover-up of all of the above would remain a secret, swept under the rug in a Clinton Presidency.

She didn't win, though, and now justice is coming.

The OIG review is nearly wrapped up. We watched the recent release from the OIG on former Deputy Director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe, prove that he lied under oath on several occasions. McCabe will be prosecuted.

We've recently seen the criminal referrals by Congress not only of McCabe, but James Comey, and Hillary Clinton.

Several others will no doubt be prosecuted too, but this OIG review will be crucial for Special Prosecutor John Huber, a man who cannot be accused of a partisan bias since he once worked under Obama, when he files charges.

Jeff Sessions and the DOJ receive undue criticism, and again, I understand people are frustrated with what seems to be inaction, but the reality is different from opinionated views.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions appointed John Huber as a Special Prosecutor for a reason, and he will be bringing charges against these individuals.

The Conservative Treehouse, one of the most descriptive outlets outside of our own at The Goldwater, has covered the Office of the Inspector General investigation since its inception, and today they pointed out several key factors importance surrounding the case and its inevitable climax at the end, which is fast-approaching now.

The Conservative Treehouse makes an excellent point, which I've often tried to instill into reader's minds in many of our reports here in regards to the AG and OIG: take a look at how many have fallen already.

Don't say “Sessions is doing nothing,” when you don't see that all of these people have either been fired, resigned, or demoted.

As Attorney General, Jeff Sessions has to go by the book. This isn't a movie, and it's not an open and shut case.

In the real world, these investigations take time. Even in the 1980s during the takedown of La Cosa Nostra, the FBI and DOJ spent up to three years <i>working together</i> before they finally dropped secret indictments against the Mafia, and performed late-night sweeps of the mobsters to arrest them all at once and bring them before a federal judge.

We're very close to that scene of a movie now, which is what's going to happen when Jeff Sessions drops the hammer and brings these people to justice.

However, the case ends the moment they are in handcuffs. You have to understand this. There's nothing left to Investigate when someone is standing trial.

As Devin Nunes pointed out, with the House Intelligence Committee still uncovering facts and truths, that means the investigation isn't complete.

We don't want to see a trial with charges that do not stick because of the high-profile attorneys who will be used in these cases.

We want these people in prison. We want justice. That means having a <i>rock solid case</i> beforehand.

There are nearly five hundred investigators on the team with Sessions and Horowitz.

There can be no missing pieces, no holes in the plot, or else a jury will have reason to acquit based on unanswered questions.

For those who understand this, thank you for your patience. For those who don't understand this, just buy popcorn and watch. This is going to be an entertaining ride, and soon, if the report from the OIG contains the “BOOM” factor that we believe, and these criminal elites are brought to justice.

Patience is a virtue. This party is just getting started.
