Kevin Spacey revealed he is taking the necessary time to seek "evaluation and treatment" in a statement given through his PR representatives Wednesday night. Staci Wolfe of Polaris says, "Kevin Spacey is taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment. No other information is available at this time."
The statement came just days after the actor issued an apology over allegations he made unwanted sexual advances on a 14-year-old Anthony Rapp. In it, Spacey both apologizes for his behavoir admitting he is "horrified" by the story and had a drinking problem at the time so he doesn't remember the assault, and came forward to say he is living openly as a gay man. Reactions by the public have largley condemned Spacey's apology for perpetuating an age-old idea that pedophilia is related to being a homosexual.
Netflix was quick to act announcing after the apology was issued Monday they would be canceling the House of Cards after this season. They later revised that announcement to suspend production indefinitely. No criminal charges have been filed yet against Spacey but the hammers continue to drop on him as more victims come forward with horrifying allegations against the veteran actor just this morning including from an actor and a filmmaker who claimed Spacey "groomed him" has a child.
The young man who came forward Monday told BBC in an interview that he woke up to the actor laying on top of him when he was 17, he started crying and Spacey got the hint and went back to bed. The victim who prefers to remain anonymous said, "It seems he was grooming me. For me, I never let on that that’s what I was interested in. I never discussed it, nor did I want it… He was either very stupid or he was predatory — or maybe a little of both. I was uncomfortable at best, traumatized at worst, emotionally."
The allegations are very disturbing and it appears Spacey has been living openly not just as a gay man but as a sexual predator and grooming young teens for years.

It should be noted he NEVER shalt treatment for over 20 years, until he was caught and it effected his $$$$$ and career.
