Newly released Hotel security footage shows mass murderer Stephen Paddock loading bags and conversing with hotel staff leading up to the shooting. Paddock opened fire from his hotel room on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 1st, 2017.

Nevada state court Judge Richard Scotti ruled last month that the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department must release records and evidence surrounding the mass shooting. Judge Scotti ruled the government must release the records and redact any confidential information.

"If the government contended that the requested records were confidential or otherwise protected from disclosure, then the government had a duty to redact confidential information and produce the non-confidential portions of the records," Scotti said in his ruling. "Wholesale withholding of documents with a general claim of confidentiality suggests to this court that records have not been sufficiently scrutinized."
The latest footage to be released shows Paddock bringing over 20 personal luggage bags to his room with the help of hotel staff. Experts have analyzed the footage and made some interesting conclusions including that Paddock displayed signs of being a sociopath.
A body language expert named Dr. Jack Brown said she noticed a few things about Paddock's behavior that were telling of the killer's true nature. One portion of the video shows Paddock shuffling into the corner of an elevator by himself. Brown says she thinks Paddock intentionally kept his back tot he wall and his eyes toward exits and entrances while trying to hide his face from cameras.

"This should say, 'What is this guy hiding? Why is he doing that?'" Brown explained. "Very very few people would cram themselves in a corner like this." In other portions of the video, Paddock can be seen showing anxiety, particularly when he is with bellhops carrying his luggage.

"Lots of people put their hands in their pockets. It is beta. It's not alpha," Brown continued. "He's feeling a little bit more vulnerable." Brown also says video of Paddock's facial expressions prove he is a sociopath and doesn't believe that his gambling addiction had anything to do with his violent behavior.

Video and pictures proves nothing in this day and age tbh.
The reason he "seems so unassuming" is probably because he IS. He didnt shoot anyone. He was dead before any shooting started. There were multiple shooters. This was a rogue govt operation. And it didnt go wrong. It was a wholesale slaughter of all those innocent people. Its part and parcel of the Govt's attempts to do a complete gun grab and disarm the public. They will tell you most of the bullet wounds were horizontal (shooter on the ground) and NOT in a downward angle.
Numerous Eyewitness Victims point out a White Van with a sliding door open and at least 1 shooter spraying the crowd as it drove by.
Policed even received calls of other sniper shooters at other locations.
