Conor McGregor has been released after posting $50,000 bail.

Before that, McGregor was photographed and caught on video being escorted out of an NYPD precinct in Brooklyn wearing handcuffs.

McGregor was arrested late Thursday night for misdemeanor assault and felony criminal mischief and had to spend the night in the precinct. He was arrested for viciously attacking a UFC bus with a dolly- and shattering in the process a window and causing injuries to multiple people, including UFC fighters Michael Chiesa and Ray Borg.

McGregor was handcuffed as he was transported to court where he was arraigned. He is due back in court on June 14.

Adding to his woes, McGregor’s mug shot has now gone public and going viral.

McGregor’s troubles are piling up, other than the criminal case he’s facing now, he will also likely be sued by several people involved in the incident.

The worst may yet to come for him, too, as his fighting future may also be put at risk as there’s a possibility that UFC will decide to cut ties with the trouble-maker.

Social media users are also having a field day commenting about McGegor’s predicament, of which he has no one to blame but himself- with some mocking him, while there are still those hinting of support and even continuing admiration for the fellow.
