An angry Midtown lawyer was caught on video yelling racist remarks at Spanish-speaking restaurant workers. The man threatened to call immigration officers to have them "kicked out of my country". The minute-long video quickly went viral which shows the man become unhinged and ranting, "Every person I listen to — he spoke [Spanish], he spoke it, she’s speaking it — it’s America!"

The incident occurred at Fresh Kitchen on Madison Avenue near East 39th Street on Tuesday afternoon. The video was filmed by Edward Suazo and his wife who says she and her friend were targeted by the angry lawyer. The two women were ordering their lunch and speaking in Spanish to the worker behind the counter when the angry man began yelling at them.
"My guess is they’re not documented, so my next call is to ICE to have each one of them kicked out of my country," the raging lawyer said. "If they have the balls to come here and live off of my money — I pay for their welfare, I pay for their ability to be here — the least they can do is speak English. If you intend on running a place in Midtown Manhattan, the staff should be speaking English, not Spanish!"

That wasn't the end of his tirade. He turned toward Suazo's wife who was recording the rant and said, "Honey, I’m calling ICE. Maybe you shouldn’t eat that sandwich today!" The New York Post reported the man's bio notes that he is fluent in Spanish and has been spotted attending far-right rallies. He also donated $500 to Donald Trump's presidential campaign.
