San Francisco Hobo Pisses On 9th Circuit Court Following Ruling Against Prosecuting Homeless

What better way for a homeless man to celebrate a victory after one of the most liberal cities in the country just ruled against prosecuting homeless than to urinate on the notorious 9th District Circuit Court of Appeals in broad daylight. The court just ruled that homeless people can't be arrested for sleeping on the street but urinating on the court seems like an odd way of thanking them for the ruling.

A Twitter user named BetterSoma even managed to film the spectacle and uploaded the video with the caption, "Here in San Francisco this is how people do on the 9th district courthouse."

Ironically, a police car can be seen in the very start of the video driving right past the homeless man in the process of relieving himself on the courthouse. The 9th District Circuit Court of Appeals ruled last month that it is "cruel and unusual punishment" for police to arrest homeless people for sleeping in the street.

The same Twitter user who uploaded the video added, "Only fitting. That’s the court that ruled that enforcing laws against living on the streets constitute cruel and unusual punishment under US Const."

The Goldwater recently reported on the fact that San Francisco has had to hire a "poop patrol" to literally pick up human feces left behind by the thousands of homeless living on the streets. Despite being the second most expensive city in the country to live in, San Francisco has seen over 16,000 feces-related complaints lodged against the city in 2018.

The city is struggling to keep up its tourist attractions while simultaneously offering protections for the homeless population that allow them to roam freely in the city sleeping, defecating, and using drugs wherever they please. The extreme amount of human waste littering the city has resulted in the spread of HIV and an unidentified "plague".

The same Twitter user who captured the homeless man urinating on the 9th District Court also uploaded a video showing a bizarre and grotesque plague afflicting the homeless population. BetterSoma captioned the video showing some kind of lesion on a homeless person's leg, "Real street talk".

Well, I guess it doesn't get any more real than that. There is clearly a health crisis underway in San Francisco and it is spilling into other states through the jail system. Multiple studies have shown that diseases such as HIV are being spread when infected homeless are arrested and extradited to other states.

The extradition of inmates from California has led to the spread of disease yet Democrat presidential hopeful Kamala Harris says that "California represents the future." This should be a wake-up call to Californians, get out and vote Republican before things get any worse.
