John Podesta may try and distract Americans with extraterrestrials, but the Republican Senators who have slammed him for his alleged ties to Christopher Steele and Fusion GPS say he has real-world problems.
Highly respected Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and the more-often-than-not disliked Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) have each sent letters to John Podesta and a multitude of other Clinton campaign leaders including Strategist Joel Benenson, former DNC Chair Donna Brazile, and even the elusive Debbie Wasserman-Schultz in regards to their ties to the former MI6 Agent Steele and other foreign agents who interfered in America's elections.
In the letter, the GOP Senators sent the message to Podesta into the care of infamous Clinton Attorney Marc Elias, suggesting that even to this day John Podesta and the Clintons are still protected by the same legal-arm of the Perkins Coie Law Firm.
The letter begins with:

"Dear Mr. Podesta:"

"In October 2017, the Washington Post reported that Hillary for America and the Democratic National Committee had funded, via Fusion GPS, Christopher Steele's creation of a series of memos relying largely on Russian government sources to make allegations against Donald Trump and his associates."

Note that the letter specific states, "relying largely on Russian government sources". Let's explain the logic behind this. We know without a shadow of a doubt that the British Ambassador to Russia, Sir Andrew Wood, tipped off corrupt "never-Trump" Senator John McCain (R-AZ) as well as his close ally David Kramer to the existence of the fraudulent Trump Dossier prior to it ever being released to the public.
This is indisputable. We also know that the House Intelligence Committee would later subpoena David Kramer just a few months ago to appear before the Committee and testify.
The subtext here, if you're reading between the lines, is that in writing the letter in this fashion, the brilliant Senator Chuck Grassley providing Podesta with a clever trap, as to where he can admit that the Clinton campaign colluded with Russia depending upon his answers.
Grassley references the Washington Post proving that the Clinton Campaign paid for the Fusion GPS Dossier , which is also a masterful tactic since John Podesta is employed by the propagandist outlet.
What's also interesting to note is that Clinton Campaign spokesman Brian Fallon bragged that he was "damn glad the Clinton Campaign colluded with Russia to smear Trump , which even prompted a response from White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders. Brian Fallon is also represented by the law firm Perkins Coie.
Moving on, the letter to Podesta continues:

"The Senate Judiciary Committee has a constitutional duty to conduct oversight of the FBI and the broader Department of Justice. Part of that duty involves ensuring that law enforcement efforts are conducted without improper political influence. Accordingly, the Committee has been investigating the FBI' s relationship with Christopher Steele during this time his work was funded by Hillary for America and the DNC. The scope of our review includes the extent to which the FBI may have relied on information relayed by Mr. Steele in seeking judicial authorization for surveillance of individuals associated with Mr. Trump. It also includes whether any applications that may have been made for permission for such surveillance fully and accurately disclosed:"

Again, Chuck Grassley lays out a masterful ploy, where he mentions the fact that the Federal Bureau of Investigation assisted Fusion GPS, thus, in turn, giving credence to the suggestion that Special Agents within the Bureau directly provided an unfair advantage to Hillary Clinton (who still lost, hilariously enough).
As The Goldwater reported in January of 2017, the FBI did, in fact, assist Fusion GPS and the Clinton Campaign indirectly even sending an unknown Special Agent on a flight to Rome to meet with Christopher Steele.
We also know that the Obama Administration was engaged in numerous illegal procedures to assist the Clinton Campaign, since Glenn Simpson's wife Mary Jacoby made a visit to the White House as far back as April 19th of 2016.
So both the FBI, and the Obama Administration were meeting with hired associates of Fusion GPS but the Clinton campaign had no idea? Give me a break. Anyone can see through this. They all knew, and this is an effort to perjure John Podesta dependent upon his answer and it conflicting with future criminal testimonies.
Senator Chuck Grassley is again attempting to fool John Podesta into the admission that he was in any way aware of the Federal Bureau of Investigation assisting Fusion GPS.
If Podesta knew, Hillary knew (they both did, but it would be great to get an admission) meaning that the FBI was in direct contact with someone in the Clinton campaign.
Of course, you're likely not going to get Podesta to admit it with his corrupt Clinton-backed attorney Marc Elias proofreading the questions, but it's still a way to strike fear into them. For those that get it, it's saying to them, "We know, that you know, that we know."
The letter continues but to ask a series of four questions this time:

"(1) the source of Fusion GPS's and Mr. Steele's funding;"

"(2) the degree to which his claims were or were not verified;"

"(3) the motivations of Mr. Steele, his clients, and his sources; and"

"(4) representations about their contacts with the press."

These are interesting questions posed to Podesta.
One, we know Hillary Clinton's campaign paid Fusion GPS through Perkins Coie. It's been admitted already, but nobody, including Podesta has any clue as to how much the House Intelligence Committee understands about payments made to Fusion GPS because they privately scoured bank records.
Two, we also know that the Senate Judiciary Committee has considered charges against Christopher Steele, so this question is an effort to coax Podesta into an admission of whether it was a known fact that the fraudulent dossier was filled with lies or not.
Three, why was Christopher Steele so committed to bringing down then-Candidate Trump? We know that Christopher Steele had ties to the FBI from the international FIFA World Cup scandal, which made Steele legendary in the intelligence community. Steele received help from James Comey then, and now Steele is repaying James Comey the favor.
This question is solely designed to see if Podesta will provide anything useful against Comey in a future criminal trial against the disgraced criminal former FBI Director.
Finally the question number four, representations about their contacts in the press. This question can implicate a multitude of people in future criminal proceedings.
As we stated earlier, corrupt Senator John McCain knew about the dossier prior to the Buzzfeed publishing. We also know that James Comey consistently leaked information to the press to hurt President Trump, and potentially did so while in the FBI as well.
Keep in mind that Nellie Ohr applied for a HAM Radio license after being hired by Fusion GPS.
Since she was the wife of then-Associate Deputy Attorney General of the United States Department of Justice, Bruce Ohr it brings about interesting questions as of why she was avoiding detection.
Bruce Ohr was kept out of the media spotlight until after the election as well, which implies that whoever was leaking to the press had been engaged in misdirection to protect Ohr and his wife as well as the rest who were never discussed in the press until long after President Trump took office.
The letter continues again to drive in these points with follow through questions. These are intended to contradict the above four questions (which the Senators knew the answers to) by refashioning the way they're asked:

"Understanding the extent of the Clinton campaign's knowledge of, and interactions with, Mr. Steele and others involved in Fusion GPS' s work is essential to this inquiry."

"In light of this, by February 8, 2018, please answer the following questions and provide the following requested documents:"

"1. Prior to the Washington Post's article in October of 2017, were you or anyone else at Hillary for America aware of Mr. Steele's efforts on behalf of the Clinton campaign to compile and distribute allegations about Mr. Trump and the Russian government? If so, when and how did you first learn about his activities on the campaign's behalf? Please provide all related documents"

In question one Podesta traps himself between acknowledging that the Clinton Campaign was sharing information with the FBI and the Obama administration in collusion with a foreign entity.
It also brings about the question of just who told the Clinton Campaign of Fusion GPS, and how they were put in touch. Since James Comey has known ties to Christopher Steele through previous FBI efforts, did this mean Comey was directly passing along surveillance information to the Clinton campaign?
We know now, as a result of a groundbreaking exposé on the Federal Bureau of Investigation which The Goldwater reported this week, that at least some individuals inside of the FBI used taxpayer dollars in their surveillance efforts to spy on the Trump campaign and the eventual transition team.
We also know the FBI met with Fusion GPS, so this certainly appears to implicate the campaign working in collusion with not only foreign agents but our own intelligence community in an effort to subvert our Constitutional Republic and its uniquely impartial democratic elections.

"2. Did you or anyone else at Hillary for America receive copies of any of the memoranda comprising Mr. Steele's dossier prior to its publication by Buzzfeed in January of 2017? If so, how and when? Please provide all related documents."

Question two focuses on the "complete" Dossier, which again we know McCain had access along with Kramer as we've discussed. Since Obama's Administration had Glenn Simpson's wife in the White House in April of 2016, we know the Obama Administration was fully aware of the Dossier, and you'd instantaneously assume he'd share the relevant knowledge with the campaign.

"3. Regardless of whether you or your associates received copies of the actual memoranda, did you or anyone else at Hillary for America otherwise receive information contained in the dossier prior to Buzzfeed publishing the dossier in January of 2017? If so, how and when? Please provide all related documents."

Question three confirms the Senate Judiciary is aware copies of the Dossier were passed around through the relevant hands.
This could explain if any of the information that did make it into the final cut of the dossier originate from James Comey or Peter Strzok. If Podesta or the campaign were given anything prior to the Buzzfeed publishing of the dossier from their FBI insiders, we again can prove collusion from those in the FBI for prosecutions.

"4. Did you or anyone else at Hillary for America receive other memoranda written or forwarded by Mr. Steele regarding Mr. Trump and his associates that were not published as part of the Buzzfeed dossier? If so, how and when? Please provide all related documents."

Question four could suggest that there was information that they were informed of from Christopher Steele that they weren't given by Comey, Strzok, McCabe, or Nellie Ohr.
This would mean that someone such as Sir Andrew Wood, British Ambassador to Russia, or even other Russians, for example, shared information with Steele that the campaign didn't know about because the members of the FBI assisting them didn't even know at the time.

"5. Did you or anyone else at Hillary for America distribute outside of the organization any of the dossier memoranda, information contained therein, or other information obtained by Mr. Steele? If so, please list who distributed the information, what was distributed, and to whom it was distributed. Please provide all related documents."

Question five implies more than meets the eye. It's asking just who in the media, which politicians, or which PACs were given the information to attack Trump regionally with.
There were many random rumors appearing during the campaign in specific hotly-contested battleground states and cities. This could unveil some of the others who knowingly or unknowingly shared false information against Trump and implicate those in the FBI who shared classified information to the Clinton campaign by proving that said information was leaked into the civilian population for the purpose of swaying an election.

"6. Did you or anyone else at Hillary for America communicate with any government officials - whether in the executive, legislative or judicial branches - regarding the dossier memoranda, information contained therein, or other information obtained by Mr. Steele? If so, please list the parties involved in the communication, the content of the communication, and the date and means of the communication. Please provide all related documents."

Question six underscores question five and also throws a spotlight on the Obama Administration.
We know that with an alleged Kremlin-linked Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya not only has ties to Fusion GPS, but that met with Barack Obama's Ambassador Michael McFaul just eight days after she was spotted in Trump Tower.
Implying that she was a plant that without a doubt, trying to subvert the Trump team with false information as well as discredit Donald Trump Jr. with the media by saying he met with Russians.
Natalia Veselnitskaya even told NBC News that she was given the information she passed to the Trumps from Glenn Simpson, the Fusion GPS founder. This is a Kremlin-Agent.
We also know that Obama's Department of Homeland Security - headed by McFall, and Obama's Department of Justice - headed by Loretta Lynch - both allowed Natalia Veselnitskaya into the United States of America to begin with.
There's zero chance, as in question number six is asking, that campaign official could not have known Veselnitskaya was meeting with the Trumps when she was being paid by Fusion which was being funded by Hillary Clinton.
Again, more evidence of real "Russian Collusion" except it was being committed by Hillary Clinton and her campaign.

"7. Did you or anyone else at Hillary for America instruct, request, suggest, or imply that any individuals should pass along information to Mr. Steele or his intermediaries? Please provide all related documents."

Question number seven is entertaining in the sense that we already know Clinton Campaign Brian Fallon made the erroneous error of bragging about colluding with Russia, which we discussed earlier.
It's another clever trap planted for Podesta to have an epiphany that the Senate Judiciary Committee knows more than they're letting on.

"8. Did you or anyone else at Hillary for America communicate with members of the press regarding the dossier memoranda, information contained therein, or other information obtained by Mr. Steele? If so please list the parties involved in the communication, the content of the communication, and the date and means of the communication. Please provide all related documents."

Question number eight is again a given. Outside of the Buzzfeed publication of the Dossier, we know that many others were aware of the Dossier as it was being compiled.
For question eight Glenn Simpson's Fusion GPS testimony, released in late January, gives perspective into this subcontext of this matter.
The most infamous quote of all from the testimony is, of course, they Representative Trey Gowdy (R-SC) asked Glenn Simpson if anything in Christopher Steele's dossier was credible, to which he replied "no."
So why did the FBI Fly to Rome to Meet with Christopher Steele? Why did the FBI interfere in a Presidential Campaign to assist Hillary Clinton to begin with?
The Obama loyalists engaged in more crimes than that of Watergate, which once this is all finally over with will make Richard Nixon seem as if he simply received a speeding ticket.

"9. Did you or anyone else at Hillary for America inform Secretary Clinton of Mr. Steele's efforts, whether by name or not, or of the allegations he was spreading? If so who and when? Please provide all related documents."

Question nine truthfully shows the level of effort given to the protection granted to Hillary Rodham Clinton. It's quite disgusting. To suggest or imply that Hillary Clinton was unaware of the Dossier is preposterous.
Of course, she knew. Most likely she was screaming in a drunken rant demanding it is compiled faster as she knew the noose was beginning to tighten around her chances of victory due to Donald Trump's popularity.

"10. Were you or anyone else at Hillary for America aware of Mr. Steeles contacts with the FBI or other government agencies prior to the 2016 election? If so, who? When and how did you or they become aware? Please provide all related documents. "

Question 10 is in reference to Peter Strzok, who most likely, if not with James Comey himself, flew to Rome to meet with Christopher Steele.
If Strzok met with Steele, then he undoubtedly was aware of Comey's relationship with him prior to their efforts in Fusion GPS in the 2015 FIFA corruption case which made international headlines.

"11. Did you or anyone else at Hillary for America encourage, whether directly or through intermediaries, Mr. Steele to initiate or continue contacts with the FBI or other government agencies? If so, who and when? Please provide all related documents"

Question eleven in the latter portion asks about continued contacts with the FBI or "other agencies".
This is interesting because as the NSA-head Mike Rogers pointed out in The Goldwater's FISA exposé that the FBI cut ties with Fusion GPS, or at minimal restricted their access to their surveillance system, after Rogers brought many potentially illegal searches to the attention of the FISA courts.

"12. For the period from March 2016 through January 2017, please provide all communications to, from, copying, or relating to: Fusion GPS; Bean LLC; Glenn Simpson; Mary Jacoby; Peter Fritsch; Tom Catan; Jason Felch; Neil King; David Michaels; Taylor Sears; Patrick Corcoran; Laura Sego; Jay Bagwell; Erica Castro; Nellie Ohr; Rinat Akhmetshin; Ed Lieberman; Edward Baumgartner; Oris Business Intelligence Limited; Orbis Business International Limited; Walsingham Training Limited; Walsingham Partners Limited; Christopher Steele; Christopher Burrows; Sir Andrew Wood, Paul Hauser; Oleg Deripaska; Cody Shearer; Sidney Blumenthal; Jon Winer; Kathleen Kavalec; Victoria Nuland; Daniel Jones; Bruce Ohr; Peter Strzok; Andrew McCabe; James Baker; Sally Yates; Loretta Lynch; John Brennan."

As per question twelve, Senator Grassley firmly plants that he was fully aware of the answers to many of the previous questions into Podesta's mind.
At this point, Podesta is likely biting his fingernails attempting to juggle the probability rates as to what evidence the Senate Judiciary Committee has against the campaign, and what criminal statutes they may have violated.
There's a ton of major players named, and it shows you what months of research and investigating have brought forward.
Grassley asked if there was any additional information given from Steele to the campaign or any Democrat (as well as never-Trumpers) who wished to assist in Hillary's efforts of cheating to accomplish victory. Again, we know the FBI met with Fusion GPS and we know that Peter Strzok, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, and a multitude of others absolutely engaged in a coverup to protect Hillary Clinton, so what other information were they made privy to as a result of the FBI intelligence shared with Steele that didn't make the final cut for the Dossier?
The media has been all but silent about these truths, outside of a handful of brave Republicans such as Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), House Representative Trey Gowdy (R-SC), and House Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL).

It's certainly getting interesting. Although it remains to be seen how Podesta will respond. He has until February 8th to reply.
This time allotted for a response also confirms what is consistently being told to the public, that these matters take time.
