Highlights From Trump's Rally In West Virginia (Video)

President Trump continued his campaign today in West Virginia where he spoke for an hour and a half about some of the latest issues facing America. He campaigned for GOP congressional candidates, brought his MAGA charm, and took America's enemies both from within and without to task.

"America is winning again, and America is respected again," Trump said. "We are putting America first, finally." He even called his presidential win over Hillary Clinton in 2016 "a revolution" thanks to "the people."

Trump's latest appearance included endorsements for GOP candidates including U.S. Senate nominee Patrick Morrisey, the state’s attorney general who is challenging the Democratic incumbent, Joe Manchin. The president criticized Manchin for supporting Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

Trump also called out Manchin for joining all Senate Democrats in voting against substantial tax cuts that were signed into law last year giving many working-class Americans some much needed slack. The president also urged Americans to get out and vote adding that "Bad things will happen if you sit home." He didn't turn a blind eye to the latest smear tactics being employed by his political opposition and accused liberals of ruthless and outrageous tactics to get what they want.

One of the best lines from his rally was when he referred to the Democratic party as "the party of crime and open borders." He warned of the left's attempt to nudge their politics into socialist territory so that America could become another Venezuela which has seen unending violence, conflict, and poverty since it's socialist government took office just a handful of years ago. The situation in Venezuela has become so dire, more than two million people are fleeing the country's rising inflation and homicide rates.

Trump accused the Democratic Party of being so far left that "Pocahontas is considered a conservative," referring to Sen. Elizabeth Warren, (D-Mass.) who claimed to be Native American but refused a genealogy test to prove it. Trump referred to Warren as "Pocahontas" several times throughout his rally and mocked her ridiculous claim of Native American descent. Warren wasn't the only target of the President's criticism Saturday; he also called out the media. It wouldn't be a Trump rally without calling out the fake news media!

"We see this horrible, horrible, radical group of Democrats," Trump said. "You see what’s happening right now. And they’re determined to take back power by any means necessary. You see the meanness, the nastiness. They don’t care who they hurt, who they have to run over to get power."

Trump called the situation in Washington with Kavanaugh a new tactic of the Democrats who seek to smear their opponents regardless of whether they are actually charged, the public accusation is damaging enough to have the intended effect. Kavanaugh has been fighting claims that he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old Christine Blasey Ford 35 years ago despite her never mentioning it a soul and all witnesses to the alleged assault denying it ever happened.

Trump called Kavanaugh "one of the most accomplished legal minds of our time." He added, "Thursday, the American people saw the brilliant and really incredible character, quality and courage of our nominee for the United States Supreme Court, Judge Brett Kavanaugh." Trump referenced the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing which saw both Ford and Kavanaugh testify about the accusations. Kavanaugh adamantly denied ever assaulting anyone while Ford presented various inconsistencies in her testimony and was clearly putting on an act.

Trump also brought up the excess spending of the American government starting with the subsidizing of the Saudi Arabian military. Trump spoke with Saudi King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud Saturday morning where he told the middle eastern country that it is time that it step up its military spending. "Why are we subsidizing the military? It's one thing if a country is in deep trouble and in danger," Trump said to thousands of attendees of the rally Saturday.

"I said 'Saudi Arabia, you are rich, you have got to pay for your military. You have got to pay for your military, sorry'."
