Our economy has taken a pounding due to covid lockdowns which have acted like a siphon to extract financial resources from the middle and working class to a small handful of tech billionaires. Despite this, Biden's White House has the gall to tout an imaginary 16 cent cheaper July 4th dinner over last year. Pledging to get rid of poverty gets easier when you just change the poverty line itself. Just like the Ministry of Plenty in 1984, the Biden admin is pulling out all the stops to advance a reality divorced from actuality.
